"Hostal Staffs are extremely friendly and willing to help you. The Hostal always has someone to open the door for you as soon as you ring the bell. You feel very safely to stay in this Hostal. It's about 10 minutes' walk to the main Plaza and everything else in City Center. It's an 8 minutes' walk to the Bus & Taxi station to go to Ollantaytambo and other cities near Cusco."

"The good thing was that it was close to restaurants and some store. The supermarket is only a couple of blocks away. There is a plaza 30 min waking distance full of more restaurants and stores. The bad thing is that restrooms are shared in common area. Unless you get a private room. Area was safe. It was the cheapest hitel i found thsts why i booked it. I would only book again if the price went down."

"Wonderful treatment at Hotel España, a hotel full of history and very interesting. Heart of Lima, close to Plaza de Armas."

"Really great location. Noisy but that was to be expected. Needs some sort of signage indicating that the place even exists. Other than the location number there was nothing to let us know this was the actual place. Our cab driver kept going around in circles thinking this was not the proper place."

"The beds are really hard, it's like sleeping on hard wood floors and it was waaayy too noisy. Especially you can hear almost everything from your room because of how the building is made."
