"The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room smaller than expected, but it was fine. We liked the service at the reception, they were all polite and answer our questions. Luca was particularly helpful and polite and offered dining suggestions, patiently explaining where to go park in Treviso and walk around the pretty town or where to park the car to take the train to Venice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"Chosen as an economical night near the train station. However, the area is not great. Luckily, there is a tram to the center and basilica of St Anthony. The hotel is clean, but not as “grand” as it might have been decades ago when it got 4stars. "

"Our stay at the Carlton Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable but perhaps could do with an armchair or two. The housekeeping was excellent. We would certainly stay there again. "
