Staff is friendly but the major problem was that they want you to pay extra all the bed sheets and towels. With a family of 5 this ended up to 120 euros (!) I politely refused stating that there was no mention of this on the site and after a while they agreed that don't give any ground,"

"The view is stunning, the rooms are not. The staff varies some nice, mostly very unhelpful. The view makes upfield the horrible broken shower and the beetles in the room."
