"Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. "This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! "

"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"The property is wonderful with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, even 2 seperate kitchens and plenty of family room space. The highlight is the pool, that we thoroughly enjoyed, towels were sufficiently provided. The location is half an hour away from restaurants and/or supermarkets. The surrounding is quite hilly, but wonderful to enjoy. "This property is perfect for a family reunion or girls trip. It’s secluded, but has everything you need. The outside pizza oven with space to eat outside. Amazing. There is a city close by to get everything you need before you get there. It is quiet and the views are amazing across the olive trees. The host was very nice and look forward to being back with friends! "
