"We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately. Our room was incredibly dry and hot and there was nothing we could do except open...

"At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Christa, Dominique und Lucky. Parken konnte man problemlos auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und Dominique hat uns tolle Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Die Verständigung war kein Problem, er konnte sogar Deutsch :) Man ist schnell in den Bergen von Sierra Nevada, Granada oder aber dem Meer. Das Frühstück war super lecker mit toller Auswahl.
