"The hotel infrastructure, location and rooms are excellent. The staff is very friendly but a bit cumbersome to deal with. The only weak points are in the bathroom, as the shower and faucet controls are rather worn and rusty. They should be renewed."

I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink.
