"Valet staff were friendly. My only real complaint is that the hotel is basically one long hallway. We had a room at the very end so anytime we came from valet and up the elevator from the main entrance, it was about a 4 min walk to our room (we timed it) which really isn’t a major deal for us but for people who have trouble walking, I highly recommend specifically booking a room close to the main entrance’s elevator. "We were impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We have stayed at several in Pigeon Forge but this might be our favorite. Staying in Dec. we didn’t mind but we did not see an outdoor pool so it is not an option for us during a summer stay. However, it is the perfect winter location. The indoor pool and spa was nice and stocked with clean towels. The room was very clean!!! Front desk service was great as well! "
