"We had a wonderful stay at Sonder Rideau. The location was perfect; walking distance to a the main touristic attractions. 5min walk to a bus stop and the Parliament tram station. The room was clean, modern and very spacious. Would recommend!"

"Great hotel on the Quebec side of the Ottawa river. Super easy check-in and very friendly and helpful staff. My one complaint is that my “Do Not Disturb” sign was ignored. "

"TV didn't work in the first room. Staff responded immediately and changed our room. Very clean. Staff helpful. Stayed 2 nights. Would highly recommend."

"The room wasn't in the best condition, but it wasn't bad. It is generally clean and tidy, but the heater makes a very loud noise. The inside of the heater was so full of dust that I didn't want to turn it on, but I had no choice but to use it due to the cold weather. The staff was friendly, the surroundings were quiet, and it was nice to have a fast food restaurant that I could enjoy comfortably, but I think the heater needs maintenance."

"The Nespresso machines don’t work, neither did the TV properly. I would recommend they get French Presses and electric kettles. The bathroom soaps and such smelled heavenly, and I have scent allergies it they didn’t bother me at all. The Spa was great and the area is beautiful."
