"We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness.
