"After a little confusion finding the right floor of the building (it's on the second floor), Lorenzo was wonderful and gave very clear instructions about the property and the area. Our room was good sized and the bathroom large but the shower small. It’s an older building but in a great location (just a block from The Medici Chapel) with lots around and easy walks to the train and bus stations. Also close to a self-service laundry mat. "

"Awesome location, we could walk to pretty much all tourist spots including 10 min to Firenze train station. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7...

"The only thing this property has going for it is that it's close to the Duomo. The photos of the rooms are not reflective of the rooms you will ACTUALLY get. They are worse. Our room had a mosquito infestation, I killed a total of 8 mosquitos during our stay. Every morning I would wake up with bug bites – our windows were closed and it was November during our visit, cold enough for mosquitos to be dead. I was scared to sleep at night because of the bugs.
