"This was a great hotel for convenience and location to the trams. The restaurant had AMAZING pizza! The trams to get around are located right down the street which was perfect for navigating Zurich! The room was a bit small but worked out perfect for my husband and I. There are USB plugs to charge your phone as well! You would need an adapter for a flat iron, a blower dryer is provided tho! We didn’t use it but there is small kitchen area. No room service or a/c but the weather was nice so the...

" It is funky with impractical furnishings. The lighting was poor - room light were dim and bathroom lights were in a position that cast shadows on the face. Much of the”mirror” was frosted glass and the remaining fogged up very easily. The free bar had some terrible drinks. Access to public transportation made me give it an average rating rather than poor."
