"This is a worn and tattered property. The hallway smelled musty, wallpaper was pealing in several locations. Chipped and worn everywhere. The couch in our room was threadbare and stained and the faucet was literally falling out of the sink. Do they have a maintenance staff? Think Motel 6."

"The staff at this hotel are all amazing. The restaurants and shops on the property and good and convenient. The room I had was quite decent - fairly comfortable, fairly modern. The big issue was that if you have a nice (more expensive) river view, you also get the sounds of the river and surrounding nightlife. That's not such an issue. Except that for some reason people amplify music right out front of the building well past midnight. Even if you're on one of the highest floors, it will still...

"Check in was quick and efficient. The ladies at the Front Desk (I hate that I did not get their names because they deserve a shout out) were exceptional. I have stayed here when it was an Omni and it has not changed much. It is now a Marriott and they are undergoing renovations thus I gave them a good review. But for what is going on, it was actually excellent. From check in to the housekeeper that was cleaning the public bathrooms warm good morning greeting was comforting. As for my sleeping...
