"I choose this location to visit Asian Art Museum to celebrate my bday and 30 yrs in America. This location is close to Wharf/water/Gate etc, feel very safe and walkable. Great location. The service and ambience is a bit below my expection of Hyatt. It is great they gave us a 12:30pm early check in and 12pm late check out, front desk Ashnay is very accommodating to give us a free room/parking upgrade, coupon for Pier 39... will recommend hotel valet parking... free bike rental is very nice......

"Parking isn’t free, $40 per day. There’s parking outside the hotel but it’s at your own risk. The gate to exit never worked so we had to press the call button to have it opened each time we wanted to exit, they never checked to see if we had paid parking so basically paid for 4 nights of parking for no reason."

"We travelled to San Fransisco in late December to visit our daughter for the holidays. Stayed at hotel Zeppelin for 3 nights. I love the character and the amazing decor in the hotel. It was fully decked out for the holidays and looked very festive and cozy at the same time. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a king size bed, desk a couple of chairs, bathroom with a shower (no soaking tub), small closet, big screen TV (regular tv, but you could log into Netflix with your own log in)....

"Convenient location. Beautiful lobby with interesting architecture. Nice roof top bar. Great cocktails. Friendly staff. Small rooms with no closet or drawers. Resort fee will be added of $36 per room per night for WiFi and gym. Online states they have a pool and jacuzzi, they do not. Please note that tip/service is included at their restaurant and bar. Valet parking is expensive at $85 per night. Rooms will only be cleaned when requested. Overal was a nice stay."

"Stopped here for 2 nights on our way home to Maui from Phoenix. Explored SF in a day in a half. HRSFA offered a safe space for us to come back to after a full day of travel around SF. The staff and services were great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to SFO. Mahalo!!"
