Coffee stains on the carpet, a little touch up paint and minor repair on walls in the bathroom could go a long way."

"Lovely property. Rooms need a bit of a work as starting to look older in a few places. Very clean and quiet which was great. Food was lovely in the restaurant but quite pricey from certain dishes. I would say worth the price but wouldn’t do it 2 nights in a row."
