From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. "Loved the room and the view, staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. One issue was that there was a wine stain on the carpet beside the bed, I reported it to the cleaning staff as I didn’t want them thinking it was our fault. They cleaned the room each day but did nothing about the stain on the carpet. The other issue was the water pressure, there was a lovely big bath but it took an age to fill up"

They were full of helpful hints on places to go whilst staying in Torquay. The breakfast was lovely and always freshly cooked to order. The bedrooms were very clean and beautifully decorated.
