"Our 3rd visit. Staff very good my only disappointment was I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. When I booked it was free parking since my booking they charge so £40 extra. Very disappointed "

"My stay is based on a last minute £44 booking - value for money was 100% All staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and basic. My only negative was being a man over 6 foot it was almost impossible to use the toilet or shower. Unsure if all the en suites are that small, we had room 137. You have to sit on the toilet at an angle! Im sure would be fine for those 5"5 and under. Id book again for the same price."

"I had an early arrival in Exmouth and they kindly offered to keep my luggage until later that afternoon. The room was comfortable with the things that would usually expect to find, television, kettle etc. The room was clean apart from a few old marks on the carpet. For once I had a shower that was easy and safe to use, my only recommendation would be the availability of a non slip surface for the bath. "We really liked the lication of this property and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel had a coach party of older guests with several mobility scooters. They had entertainment in the evening which felt like it was aimed at these guests but we were welcomed into the fold and everyone was lovely and really enjoying themselves.
