The rooms need a little more loving but overall not bad. Malvin who works in beach chairs is One of the best. He was always recommending the hotels to books events and definitely knows hospitality. "The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every room has a great view of half moon bay. Do not be afraid to ask the staff for anything everyone was extremely helpful. Hotel is also walking distance to great food, bars, a cafe and many restaurants. "

"We just returned from two weeks in Roatan. Our second week was spent at Casa Cowee in the casita and it was wonderful. The Casa Cowee property is beautiful and Suzanne has been successful in making improvements to the property while keeping it true to island styles. Jose and Paul do an excellent job of keeping the property well maintained and are always available to provide assistance. The property managers Channin and Kimberly were very attentive even though we didn’t need to use their services...

"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

"Mountain house was an oasis that had us wish we were staying longer. Great setup with the two bedrooms and their own bathrooms. Calm, quiet, and a great view. The restaurant in the neighborhood was great for when we didn't want to cook and the pool at the house was great to hang out in with a cocktail. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and cookware. Will definitely be back!"

After touring the island it was made clear to us that Villa Topaz was the perfect place for us and any traveler who wants the best views and easy access to the island attractions. "Second time staying this property but this time around we took our best friends and had a blast. For Service, location, cleanliness five star. He also has some great recommendations of things to do around the island. Make sure to get breakfast included its worth it. The hotel nightly activities was fun. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. One thing to note on election days no liquor is served on the island this year and next, first weekend of March this year and next. Overall the Island is affordable and one’s of our favorites. "
