The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...

"we enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a homey feeling, country style of the past, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet surrounding, in walking distance to the main ropeway station, and a most gracious front desk, all this making a great holiday though a bit short. was looking forward to return but it will not happen to my regret."
