The hotel was excellent andcthe staff was friendly and eager to help. The wellness facilities were top notich. But ordering from the restaurant menu unstead of opting for the expensive buffet was axpoor choice.

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff in a very picturesque and romantic area. Stoos is an amazing place to visit. Food was fantastic and the rooms, we were in the budget room, were clean, spacious and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Good indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot jacuzzi pool. Breakfast and dinner were great too. Good location about three minutes walk to Morschach cable car. Free car parking at Morschach cable station. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. I also plan to come back.

This is a really beautiful area! The entire staff was very helpful and very kind. There were only two things that I would change: I would make it very clear on the website that the hotel can only be accessed via the funicular (definitely) or the cable car (I think) and they publish a little daily newsletter that is on your table at breakfast, but there was not an english version.

Situato in una posizione magnifica, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato che rende ogni momento speciale. Le montagne e il paesaggio circostante creano un'atmosfera di pace e serenità che è difficile trovare altrove. Uno degli aspetti più memorabili del mio soggiorno è stata l'accoglienza ricevuta. Il personale dell'hotel è estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti con un sorriso. Questa attenzione ai dettagli e il calore umano hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Le camere dell'Hotel Wellness Stoos sono impeccabili. La pulizia è straordinaria, ogni angolo è curato con precisione, e l'arredamento moderno e confortevole contribuisce a creare un ambiente rilassante. La vista dalla mia camera era semplicemente spettacolare, ogni mattina aprivo le tende per ammirare un panorama che toglie il fiato. Wir waren spontan ein Wochenende dort und es war von Anfang bis Schluss hervorragend. Speziell hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeitenden - in der Schweiz selten so positiv erlebt. Schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Tolles Hotel mit einem schönen Blick auf den Rigi, das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und kompetent. Sie geben jederzeit ihr Bestes um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr heimelig, den Teppich im Zimmer könnte man weglassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen war sehr lecker, es gibt sowohl Fleisch- wie auch Vegioptionen. Schade, dass es nur einen kleinen Whirlpool draussen hat und kein grösseres Aussenbecken. Der Saunabereich beinhaltet Saunas, Dampfbäder, ein Tauchbecken und verschiedene Ruheräume, sowie ein grosses Schwimmbecken.

Wunderschön auf dem Stoos, Autofrei nur mit Standseilbahn erreichbar. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, noch alter Schlüssel, keine Zimmerkarte, somit mit 2 Personen muss immer geschaut werden wer den Schlüssel hat. Für ein 4****S in der Schweiz, erwarte ich etwas mehr Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus. Beim Nachtessen hatten wir keinen Tisch- wurde vergessen, sowie auch beim Frühstück. Wellness sehr schön! Essen war auch wunderbar.
