Zimmer und Anlage sehr sauber. Lage perfekt. Personal grundsätzlich zuvorkommend, besonders der Info-Point. Beim Bar- und Restaurantpersonal eher schwierig bei der Kommunikation (ungenügende Deutschkenntnisse - bei Essensbestellungen). Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Bedienung wäre optimal. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollen Angeboten.

Great location, nice rooms and lovely staff. Meals, very small and overpriced. No bar/mini fridge in hotel room which is incredibly disappointing. No way to store anything at a low temperature. Unable to store medicine required below 18 degrees, unable to store baby milk. Would not stay here again unless fridges are in hotel rooms. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer a fridge and I think this is a massive over site during design or simply done so they can make as much money as possible by people buying everything from the restaurant however this doesn’t solve the storing issue even for stuff not required to be eaten from a restaurant. Overall 3/5 is the best this hotel deserves and they need to think more about what is required in a hotel room.

The terrace offers a direct view of the majestic snowy mountains. We fell asleep under the starry sky, completely enchanted. The quality of the restaurant's dishes exceeded expectations. The self-serve sparkling water was a great bonus and very convenient.

Beautiful area, a bit tricky because it was off season so not many places to eat. Also you can not have a car so once you are there it's hard to just leave to find food.

The views are stunning from the room. We even got a surprise room upgrade upon arrival, which was such an amazing coincidence since my partner and I got engaged at the nearby hiking trail to Fronalpstock!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr grosses und ganz ruhiges Zimmer, im 4. Stock mit Aussicht über die Bergstation hinweg. Alles neu und modern, Lichtsteuerung am besten noch bei Tageslicht ausprobieren. Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant sehr fein aber nicht gerade günstig; das Abendessen wurde bei unserem Besuch normal serviert; Frühstücksbuffet mit Selbstbedienung. Check-in und Check-out kann man im Voraus erledigen, sonst auch vor Ort an der Reception. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!
