"Confusing parking situation with the hotel having just a very small car park which is hard to find. It was also full so had to park about a 8 minute walk away. Original room was really nice, well appointed but the heating didn’t work and it was freezing. I was quickly and efficiently moved to another room, smaller than the first but equally comfortable. The view was poor, you are just about eye level with the street and people and cars go past at all hours which can be a little noisy but...

We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch!
