"Very clean and in order the building and the rooms no complaint at all. Available parking. I was able to watch the Euro Cup from my room without a problem since it had all the channels you could want. Airport Shuttle available as early as 4:30 am so that's a plus. I will totally come back."

"Excellently located and good value for money. Our stay for 2 nights in June was about €340 (breakfast and city taxes included). Walking to the old part of town and shopping areas took about 10 minutes tops, plenty of cafes in the area too for coffee and pastry if the included breakfast is not your thing/you cant make it (7.30am - 10.30am). Room was fairly small but comfortable and clean. Ours had a nice little balcony too. Only real downside is I struggled to operate the aircon, but thats surely...

"Walkable from the station, super peaceful out by the pool. Front desk staff couldn’t haven’t been more helpful - organised us breakfast boxes for our very early flight and helped with first aid when I cut my leg. Very handy for the airport but also close to Bari where we went for dinner. Wish we’d had more time to spend here! "

"We were immediately welcomed by the receptionist she promptly upgraded our room, they exceeded our expectations in every way possible, this place is amazing, our first time in the area and WoW! We were fortunate enough to meet Anthony the owner and he was so kind and personable he made us feel like family. The hotel is first class in every way, the rooms were large and comfortable, the staff made me feel at home and really were attentive. Would definitely stay here again, such a great place!!"

"Air conditioning not on until summer. The cool evenings would have made it ok except the high speed train is directly behind the hotel and you can’t open the massive doors to the balcony unless you want to listen the rail barreling by without a pattern so could not even anticipate the weird sound like the war of the worlds train scene. The food and grounds were very nice."

"The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. By the way, a better and far less expensive breakfast can be had a the MickyD next door"

"Cannot park at this property although their system was very efficient. Parked 10 minutes away in a garage and was driven to property. 2 minute walk from dropoff. Beautiful 300 year old building converted from convent 20 years ago. Amazing breakfast in beautiful setting . Had a problem with our doorlock but they offered us one night free for the inconvenience . Wanted to change rooms but they were full so compted us the night stay. "The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."

"What an unexpected pleasure! The resort was far grander than the pictures online suggested. With only nine rooms, we must have had the best, with a large private patio and hot tub. The staff was very attentive, the dinners were served outside and were delicious. Breakfast was over the top with way too many delights to choose from. Highly recommend and will stay again when we return to Puglia."
