"Nice hotel in great location near the river and nightlife. Great rooftop bar with live music some nights. A little loud at night when trying to sleep because of the proximity to bars and restaurants. I would have given a higher rating but for the hidden charge ($32 a day) for "amenities fee." While not all that uncommon, I resent this kind of secret charge you don't know about when you book."

"Great, historic hotel with minimal commodities but we were fine. Very clean, staff was great, with Happy Hour everyday looking out over the river/partial view. Very reasonable in price with easy walking to great restaurants and shopping!"

"We had a great stay: the unit was spacious and tastefully decorated and well equipped. And, the location was perfect - right downtown. It's an older building so there can be some noise and they do provide ear plugs. "
