"Stayed here with some friends on the night of my 26th birthday. Hotel was nice and offered two free drink tickets for bar upon check in, I am going to note they offered candy in the lobby as well. Stayed two days after Christmas and was still all decorated which was a nice touch. In downtown crossing, so expect a lot of noise and for sure keep your head on a swivel. "I love this hotel and have stayed many times over the years. However, this particular trip my daughter brought a friend and we got the room with the pullout bed. The pullout bed mattress was terrible and possibly old. You could literally feel the springs when sit down on the bed, and it sunk in. The girls actually awakened daily with back aches from sleeping on the poor quality mattress. I would love to see that improvement. But love the location and love the oversized room with the pullout...
