"Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so we were upgraded to one of the new rooms which was nice and modern. The buffet breakfast also had a good variety of food options. The hotel is in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions, and 10 minute walk across the bridge to Triana area. There is a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars across the road."

"This hotel is very elegant, decorated with musical instruments in a marvellous way. Because of 3 days of rain, a leak developed just outside our room. They put out a rug and bucket could not fix it until it stops raining. The breakfast was great! There is no parking.
