Very near (walking distance) to Lugano train station and center of the city. Staff was great in explaining how to use Ticino transportation card (a great perk in the area, especially with the train station so close ) -- and then working with us on options when our flight was delayed on the last day. Strongly recommended when in Lugano! "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious."

"I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great. "
