"Although the staff was nice, the hotel was in very bad conditions. The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted and we were really disappointed by its state. "

"We stayed in the villa Mawar. One of the nicest villa we ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable with easy access to plug your electronical devices by your bed. Huge bathroom with a huge shower, so nice. Of course the private pool was a big plus. The service at this hotel is over the top. Always super friendly, everybody says hello and asks you how you are doing and if you have anything planned for your day. And the best of all, the food! Probably the best...

We booked a deluxe bungalow (no 1) so right alongside pool which was never too busy and you can cross the road to use beach facilities too. "An amazing stay, with beautiful grounds and staff. Such a warm and welcoming stay where the staff were so attentive to our needs and ensuring we had the best experience. Our villa was prestine, spacious and far exceeded our expectations. The onsite resturant served breakfast, lunch and dinner and the menu options were good and extensive with local and western options. The villas are located across the beachfront which makes for some spectacular views and the onsite spa had to be the best...

"Our family suite was lovely, very clean and modern. Large comfortable beds, great shower and very spacious. The hotel is at the quieter end of the island which suited us well. An easy bike ride to the “party zone” or anywhere else on the island. Plenty of dining options close by. We saw turtles every day when snorkelling straight out from the hotel. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help."

"the staff is not responsive at all. I was not able to fly in due to the volcano eruption and there is no sympathy from the hotel to offer refund. they just bluntly ask me to reschedule my flight when it is not even safe to fly in. I have tried to contact them 3 days prior check in but they only reply me one day before and ask me to reschedule my flight when i am flying from overseas. service is terrible!!!!"

"As you’ll have seen from the other reviews, this really is a great place to stay. It’s a new build, so clean and modern. Really enjoyed the outdoor bathroom. The staff were exceptional. Super friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and felt perfectly safe. Would stay again for sure. I will flag that it’s not a quiet place to stay.
