"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

"I stayed in the Bamboo section for 3 nights which is next door to the Bungalows section. The Bamboo rooms are cheaper with rooms being basic - but this is how they are advertised. Like much accommodation in this part of Gili T, the call to prayer from the Mosque is quite loud and starts early (for my stay 4:40am). In the area there are plenty of places to eat, a nearby laundry, the beach is about a 5 min walk away. The front porch was lovely in the morning having the included breakfast...

"This property looks good from outside as a tea house, but the hotel rooms are downstairs and are not easy to access. The stair way has steep steps. The rooms are very small and simple with minimum furniture. The bathroom has a smell as the sewage is not sealed properly. The room pictures listed are very misleading. The real condition is actually very primitive. Not recommended."

I love this Dragonfly Lodge, the small lovely family operate this simply homestay. Father is the driver who can fetch you from airport. The kids operate the lodge and make sure to serve you when you need help. They also as my guide to the Gile Waterfall. Simply lodge with a stunning view. I definitely will back there for the Mount Rinjani hiking. #liveatexpedia
