"Lovely resort but our room wasn’t ready and check in time (4pm) and desk clerk wouldn’t tell us how long it would take til we could check in. We went back an hour and a half later and room still wasn’t ready. Tired from a very long day of traveling, we asked to talk to a manager who kindly found a room we could check into. An unpleasant start to an otherwise lovely stay."

"Our stay was truly magical. Besides the fact that the property is truly a dream with the views and nature sounds, the room was so big and bed was very comfortable. The owners are the best people! We felt we were around family, they took care of us as one of their own and as two women traveling alone, we will forever be thankful for that. Our hope is that this place thrives and that we can come back with our families soon. "

"I stayed two nights for a conference at a local college. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and basic. If you plan just to stay at the hotel to sleep, it was good. Staff were nice and present 24 hours. Furniture was very basic, air conditioning was good. Some people reported that there was no hot water.
