"I thought the hotel was clean and tidy....especially if you are just using it for a quick stay between flights. It has a nice outdoor pool and would be good for a day-long stay between flights from Don Meuang airport. However, I was disappointed that it wasn't closer. It seems close to the airport, but it is too complicated to walk there (over the rails and through a neighborhood) and too far with luggage....but so close that the taxi drivers are annoyed that they have waited in line so...

"Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful. "

"Everything was amazing! Staff was very respectful and helpful, location was perfect, room had a great view, the only issue was that parking was a bit inconvenient. But overall, would love to stay there again!"

"The hotel and the staff were great as we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. That the hotel has an airport shuttle is a little misleading as the shuttle only goes TO the airport and only in a three-hour window each day. "
