Reception staff are very unfriendly, not even a daily welcome. They just check you in can wait for you to leave. Unless you have no other choice, there are much better options for this price in Bangkok. Dining options are terrible. Do yourself a favour, avoid if you can.

Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful.

All the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and tidy! You can enjoy a lot of variety of foods for your breakfast, convenience sores, food court, restaurants, cafes and pubs are just around corner!! Above all, you can walk to Impact Arena within a minute:) Also I recommend InBalance massage place. Their hospitality is superb!

Had such a pleasant and lovely stay at Novotel. It felt so good coming back to the place after a long day out. There are plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance and there were a lot of options for Grab even if it’s further away from Siam. I would stay here again!
