"It was nice staff was great. My room was an a joining room and the person in the other room was very loud. The bathtub didn’t drains while taking a shower and the water was rising. Also some type of bug bit my ankles under the bed covers, I think mosquito. It itches. The staff however was great and the amenities is awesome, the restaurants have amazing food, love the location, would stay here again, "

The only reason(s) for the 4 star vs 5 star: Valet wasn't clear on the Orbitz reservation ($30/ night- great rate for the area, but would have been nice to know) Valet was late getting to work on Saturday morning by 30 minutes, I almost missed my event. And the office manager/ valet do not support each other (would have been good if the hotel manager could have pulled my car out). Breakfast was an additional charge. Good spread, but...
