"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice. "

"Lovely hotel, stunning location right on beach. Staff were brilliant, restaurants great and lots of choice. Facilities were brilliant gym and golf great. Only downside is beware of shop prices. False economy for a business to charge such high prices. Would have bought more if better prices. Picked a golf magazine up to buy until I got to the till and they said it’s £15. Less than £5 in England. Because resort is out on a limb they feel they can charge crazy prices in shops. Other than that was...

"The hotel was nice .. beach ,territory ,views from the room were fabulous.. the staff and service are great .. However the breakfast and dinner buffet are very low quality and we canceled them for the next days .. and we were refunded.."

"Quality hotel to a high standard. Lack of air conditioning anywhere apart from the rooms was noticeable eg there was nowhere during the day apart from your room to escape the heat if needed."
