A calm, peaceful, beautiful, very relaxing. Nice staff, nice rooms, beautiful gardens, good breakfast. Well placed for visiting the south of the island if you hire a car.

We had a great time and Enjoyed the Room, the Beach and the breakfast. Breakfast could be Improved a Little with small changes. Rooms are very clean and nice. Restaurant situation difficult and very expensive for the quality one Receives. If you want to enjoy the restaurants of the resort, you Need to Book in advance. Otherwise there only a few restaurants within a 20 Minute drive.

Die Unterkunft war irgendwie etwas Besonderes und hatte einen tollen Charme. Sie ist in einer tollen Umgebung und man ist von der Natur umgeben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Toll war, dass man wirklich den Strand und die Pools der 5*-Heritage-Anlagen mitbenutzen kann. Man kann sogar den Verzehr auf das Zimmer anschreiben lassen und muss die Anlage für den Weg dorthin nicht verlassen. Ein wichtiger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die gesamte Anlage ist nicht barrierefrei. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest die schmalen Wege geteert oder gepflastert wären, damit man die Koffer nicht komplett, sondern nur an den Treppen, zum Zimmer tragen muss.

Magnifique Kas Alala

Déjà retirez la question sur la dispo d'un siège enfant. Cadre le l'hôtel magnifique et très bien entretenu. Parc et chateau accessibles aux résidents très appréciable. Il faut conserver cette mémoire historique face à la grosse urbanisation subie par l'île Maurice que nous connaissont depuis +40 ans. Accueil efficace et cordial. Petit déjeuner à améliorer ainsi que le service. Peu de choix, café médiocre. Possibilité d'accès aux autres établissements du groupe Héritage comme le Beach Club non communiquée à notre arrivée. Dommage. Eclairage intense du parc la nuit qui ne correspond pas avec la neutralité carbonne affichée à l'entrée. Nous suggérons une réduction de celui-ci. Nous recommandons cette établissement.

Séjour agréable

Agréable séjour, toutefois, la chambre est un peu petite (pas de place pour poser une valise) La salle de bains n'est pas fonctionnelle L'hôtel propose l'accès a 3 hôtels 5 étoiles a proximité. Possibilité de fréquenter les piscines, et d'avoir accès a la plage avec transats. Voiture nécessaire pour découvrir le sud de l'ile.

We just loved it!

I don’t want to write too many good things about this place as it’s going to be fully booked all the time…and what if I want to go back and can’t have availability ?! This is just a perfect place close to beautiful and lush nature, the staff is more than friendly. They become your family for the duration of your stay. The chef is cooking delicious local meals and prices are incredibly affordable. You have access to the beach club and have lots of nice trails to make your steps. I would chose this place each time!!! 5 nights it’s the minimum!

Personnel sympathique. Dîners au restaurant de l'hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Attention à essayer de maintenir en parfait état les salles de bains (tringles placards, rideaux de douche, tuyaux et joints de douche, cuvettes wc) qui doivent etre en parfait état dans un hôtel comme celui ci. Jardin superbe, kazes agréables, concept des lieux communs ( cuisine, salon extérieur....en parfait état) très sympa pour faire des rencontres avec d'autres voyageurs. Idéal pour touriste en sac à dos.
