"Awesome stay for short notice "

"I can never understand why the beds have duvets with no cover- just a sheet which moves when you sleep so an unwashed duvet inner ends up touching your skin with no clean duvet cover as a barrier. This seems un hygienic! As you are there to sleep I think bed comfort is key- the mattress was past due replacing. Dipped in the middle and could feel the springs. I don’t think that is acceptable. "

"Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. You would not see a child at the bottom of the pool in that water. The water definitely needs attention, and we would have enjoyed swimming in a...
