"Great property and very clean and smart. My room was not done on arrival but the dury manager sorted this. The bug bear that I will never understanding is that in the suit room 207 they have a tv in the bedroom area with no remote control ! Seems pointless having it really. The toilet also kept sticking on flush. There is a mini bar but no price lists. I know these are all first world problems but just little niggles. Hotel was clean (except behind head board) and in a fantastic location. "

"Lovely hotel and one of the very few out there that have a room that fits a family of 5. The rest of the hotel chains in lthe UK only cater for 4 which is very annoying!"

"The room was big and comfortable, but the heater was making noise during the night, which was sometimes annoying. In the hallway, there is no light and it’s too dark which made us uncomfortable and depressed. The distance to the city is about 20 to 30 minutes, but the walking path was not interesting as we passing warehouses and garages. We didn’t use the swimming facilities, but we visited the area and it was too hot and damp. The breakfast was too expensive for what they provide and it’s...
