"The staff were attentive, helpful & very friendly. The building is beautiful. My only recommendations would be that there needs to be a shelf or tray of some kind in the shower to put toiletries on, and the stool at the dressing table is too low for me to be able to see the mirror otherwise very clean & beautiful room. "We were so happy that we chose here, it's such a wonderful place to stay. We were in one of the superior rooms for 3 nights and it was extremely well maintained, very clean, very very comfy and the decor was devine. The service was superb all round, the breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of choices, and again the decor in the restaurant was very nice. We highly recommend staying here and will be doing so on our return to the area. "

"The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. It is modern well appointed. My room had everything l needed and l especially liked the shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good, all the staff were helpful and my poached eggs were cooked to order. I stayed for the England women’s football match and the hotel could not have been nearer the ground. I will definitely book again if l am in Sheffield."

"I like staying here to unwind and have a relaxing break away from normal work life and I can always work well from their lovely spacious rooms. Only down side this visit was the noise from neighbouring rooms and it unfortunately lasted most of then night as I could hear them vomiting and falling over in their bathroom (a little too much alcohol perhaps)."
