"Service was excellent, the room however was not as clean as one would expect. furniture was dusty and a bit stained. The beds are super soft which isn't my preference. I love the art all around and the bar served excellent drinks and dessert. Breakfast was meh, I would have much rather not eaten it. Overall, this was a great trip and a hotel I will return too in the near future "

"I was visiting with my daughter and unfortunately I had to listen to what was a live porno show for HOURS in the middle of the night. I never would have imagined the walls were that thin! When they would take breaks the piping was so loud with the flush of a toilet or shower and then the couple was back at it. I travel very often and this was a first ever and awkward experience for me and my daughter. "

"We loved our stay. The room and property were impeccably clean, and we had an amazing view. Plus, the bed was sooooo comfortable. The hotel is connected to Crown Center, so it was lovely walking around and checking out the stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, and the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. It's one of my favorite hotels in KC!"

"Convenient location and staffs are friendly and helpful, great city view from 30th floor. Room was clean but the facility is not new. Water pressure is not as high as I experienced in others, the sink was a little bit clogged first day and was fixed later."
