"Hotel is well located and the staff are super friendly. It’s all quite new and I’m sure the normal rooms are great - unfortunately I was given a room specially equipped for the disabled meaning a very strange bathroom configuration (very high loo, very low basin, wet room). Breakfast (inc service) was excellent but they could do with an extra coffee machine!"

"Lovely refurbished bedroom with good amenities (when you find the hairdryer by lifting up the desk!), great to have a fridge in the room. Friendly and helpful Reception staff and friendly Breakfast staff. The hotel is an easy walk to Ponds Forge swimming pool which was the reason for our stay. We would have liked breakfast to start a bit earlier than 8a.m. at the weekends as it meant my daughter could not have breakfast before she had to be at Ponds Forge for warm up. We were a bit disappointed...

"The hotel staff were very helpful getting the sofa bed made up. Great that there is a gym and a swimming pool. The steam room next to the pool was perfect for after a long day. The swimming pool itself was too warm in my opinion so we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The toilet and bathroom were split so there was no sink in the toilet which was weird. You have to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. Breakfast had lots of vegan options, although...
