"We loved our apartment was overlooking the beachfront at Torquay. However, it could have been cleaner in spots but have shared these details with reception staff for a prompt remedy"

"We stayed at the property a number of years ago and enjoyed it so we returned. Disappointed that the property doesn’t seem to have been maintained since our last visit. Entrance to rooms were grubby, lift out of order. In saying that, staff were all lovely esp the Assistant manager who checked us in. All F& B staff were friendly and helpful. Great location but needs some TLC to keep up with what guests expect today."
