"The property is on Great Ocean Road in the heart of the Lorne beachfront. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. Surprisingly, it is quiet after 9:30 p.m. in January—a very family-friendly area. The staff at the motel were very friendly. The room was spacious, with added touches of silverware and real wine glasses. The finishings were a little tired but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay. "

"No-one available to check in until nearly 2.30pm, the room was terrible with no wifi, tv was free to air and continually dropped out. The first two units were utilised by women who were turning 'tricks' all day (until approx 11pm) that was clearly audible through the wall. Curtains were ripped and ill fitting, beds looked old and unclean. There was no milk available for coffee...and no cutlery. The end units were occupied by men who were very vocal in the carpark outside until 2.30am, my...

"This room was very neat, tidy, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & welcoming, easy access and facilities were great. Old tennis court area could do with some TLC as it's the first thing you see when you drive in. Otherwise, excellent and would stay here again. "

"We've stayed at the Boat Ramp Motel a few times. The rooms are always spotless and the staff always friendly. There is a kettle and toaster in the room, some crockery and cutlery to use and the fridge has a small freezer. WiFi is available. All basic needs are catered for. We haven't used the pool but it looks very nice."
