"The hotel was clean and close to the train station, breakfast closes at 11 but there was a day we arrived at 10:30 but nothing was left. we were not informed that weekdays the schedule was different. Martinho from the restaurant was exceptional providing service. we recommend the hotel! "

"We booked the family rooms on the 5th and 6th floors and wow it was lovely and spacious for 2 people. Bathroom was huge and great lighting. Worth the money. Only downsides is that it’s not really in the centre although there are a few hotels on this road but nothing a 5min Uber into the town couldn’t fix. There were also building works and a lot of drilling in the mornings. However family friendly definitely worth the money as the hotel has an adult and a kids pool. I would stay here again :-)"

"Very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel generally well equipped with pleasant decor. The bathroom was quite cramped and there was no shelving. The lighting was poor and the shower water leaked all over the floor as it seeped under the shower door. Breakfast choice was good, but the warm options were always luke warm as the hot plates that the dishes sat on were not adequate to keep the food warm. Very poor, dim lighting in hallways. It was part of the theme of the decor, but...

"This hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, great breakfast and is a 9Euro ride from airport so very convenient in that respect. To walk to popular sections such as Rossio square or Pink Streer , 4 Euro tops or you take public transportation or schedule a Tuk Tuk at the front desk . The pillows are soooooo comfortable. Room was very clean with ample space. . I’m would definitely stay here again . Staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"Very close tot he airport, which is handy with early morning or late flights arrival/departure. Big and comfortable bed, well working A/C and nice balcony. Walking distance to the metro line which in about 20-25 minutes takes you to lisbon city center."
