"This was the 3rd time staying at Tower Suites and once again it did not disappoint. The rooms are very spacious, we had a great view of The Tower of London, Tower Bridge and The Shard. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The bed was large and very comfy. A small issue is that the pillows are very soft, too soft for me and take a few days getting used to. "This is THE ONLY place my family and I will stay in London going forward. We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"
