"Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. "Perfect stay. Lovely pool, open 24/7! We didn’t have breakfast included, but I am sure it was nice as well. Quirky rooms, but we like it. 2 Glass tube cabins as a toilet and shower, lamps in a shape of big flowers. Not so far away from main tourist attractions, in a nice area with few fast food joints and restaurants near by. The receptionist, I think his name starts with J and was working late evening when we checked was excellent! "

"The hotel staff were truly, very accommodating. I booked a cheaper room on the Pink Street side of the hotel and found it really loud overnight and was willing to cancel and not get a refund. However, the staff instead gave us an upgraded room for no extra charge and moved our bags for us so we could go out and see Lisboa. I am very grateful they accommodated me when they didn't have to. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and the elevators are very nice!"
