They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that. "The resort has a great beach and is smack in the heart if Agia Marina. It is about 35 mins to downtown Chania and close to many villages for excursions and dining. It has a big parking area, an on site restaurant that serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are rather small and best for couples only (at least the one we had). There are no drawers so we spent 10 days digging out of our suitcases which was not fun. The bathroom is also small but functional. AC has an annoying light...

"Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "
