"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"Neu eröffnetes Hotel, das teilweise noch eine Baustelle ist. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, es war extrem staubig und die Dusche sowie die Spiegel und der Balkon wurden gar nicht gesäubert. Die Auswahl der Speisen war leider sehr gering, meistens war das Essen maximal lauwarm oder bereits kalt. Viele Getränke kosten trotz All In extra, Cola etc. leider aus der Zapfanlage mit Sirup. "Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. "Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"Lovely hotel set above street level so little noise especially around the beautiful pool area. Breakfasts were amazing in form of help yourself buffet. We didn’t eat there at night but apparently very good restaurant. We can preferred to go into Agios Nicholas in the evening where there is a bustling night life but also went to Olga’s a couple of times just a very short walk from the hotel.
