"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying.
