"Went during the winter June 2024..the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and had enough options. The swimming pool was nice but wasn’t heated enough and the spa wasn’t working. The easy access directly to the basement car park for the paradise centre was very handy. "

"Hotel rooms had no lift access and no one to bring your bags to the room. You carry your own bags up flights of stairs so be prepared. The hotel lacks the finishing touches like a concierge. We had a meal in the restaurant at night and the quality was excellent. Breakfast was a mix of good and not so good. Little things like having to scoop out Vegemite from a large jar with an oversized spoon was unusual. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel and its practices are from another...

"Our fourth time staying at this property. Friendly staff and handy to dining options and the tram. Two blocks away from the beach so the kids were pleased. This was our first time dining at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and it was so good. Lots of choices and the food was tasty. "
