"This hotel was on special offer for members so we thought we would treat ourselves. It was £135 per night without breakfast. It was a lovely room but the bath wouldn't keep the water in it. For the price I didn't think it was outstanding. The larger rooms were so expensive but I cannot comment as to whether they are worth it :) "

"Nice hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. The hotel has underground car park, but unfortunately it was full. The surrounding area had evidence of car break-ins (broken glass), so we did not feel confident to leave the car outside overnight. The Q car park 10 min walk from the hotel is over £30 for the overnight stay. We also experienced some noise overnight, with people shouting and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. "

"Overall this was a good stay. Upon arrival the lady on the desk was really friendly and got me checked in. I was on the 19th floor. Room was clean. Didn't have any noise disturbance overnight. The bed was comfortable. The bath was a bit slippy when I used the shower. The ventilation system seems to always make a noise even if it's meant to be off. The green light from the gas monitor wasn't great as it reflected through the glass bedside table. "

"Unfortunately just over an hour after we checked in we received a call that our nephew had been killed in an accident so we checked out asap. The staff were lovely. The room looked very nice. Lovely bathroom. No room service as there was no chef. Just as well as we wouldn’t have had time to eat it. Maybe we’ll get to try again another time"

"We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and found it to be of a good standard. The room was clean and tidy with excellent reception staff. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good quality at a decent price. Only gripe is £4 per day to park and is money for old rope. They are installing 16 Tesla chargers in the car park and wonder if they will be charged £4 to park after 20 mins"
