"Well located, close to the lake and the main hotel/dining precinct in Taupo. The buildings are showing their age a bit, but the unit was large and well equipped."

"Got there late at night and the locating the keys and settling down was easy. Bit of fus with the TV because there was no sound, but it just needed to be restarted. Getting confirmation of the booking was a bit of extra work to get in contact when working busy hours."

The manager is friendly and easygoing which made check-in process very smooth. It is directly situated across the lake where my family went on a walk. A very nice getaway."

"Nice property about 5 mins from Taupō township. Large ground floor apartment with excellent lake views and access to common area hot pool. Tons of people go by the apartment to exercise, walk the lake side with kids, swans feeding in lake too - was a vibe, apartment still felt safe and quiet. Spa bath in room was cool too. Handy to have use of site washing machine and dryer available to use. Would stay there again."

"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."
